Strand

Pre- stressed Concrete is an architectural and structural material processing great strength. The unique characteristics of pre-stressed concrete allow predetermined, engineering stresses to be placed in members to counteract stresses that occur when the unit is subjected to service loads. This is accomplished by combining the best properties of two quality materials: high strength concrete for compression and high tensile strength steel strands for tension.

Wire

High Tensile wire product is used in pre-stressing concrete for flooring in residential housing and precast concrete products: concrete pipes, railway sleepers, pc piles and posts, ground anchors, etc.

PC Bar

PC Bar are developed as the main reinforcement for manufacturing of PC Poles and Spun Piles. PC Bar is a material with chemical composition that is suitable for spot welding and is subjected to drawing, in the shape of spiral grooves, high frequency quenching and tempering to achieve the mechanical properties in accordance to JIS G3137.

Strand

Galvanizing is the process where a protective barrier of zinc is applied between the steel and the environment zinc is commonly used because it offers excellent cathodic protection. The coating weight or thickness of the zinc is determined by weighing such considerations as life expectancy of the wire, the type of environment the wire will be exposed to and cost.
