Corporate Governance

The Directors of Wire & Wire are responsible for the corporate governance of the company. The Directors guide and monitor the business and affairs of Wire & Wire on behalf of the members to whom they are accountable. To ensure the Directors are well equipped to discharge their responsibilities, Wire & Wire has established corporate governance guidelines for the operation of the company.  The aim of the guidelines is to ensure that the Company is effectively directed and managed, risks are identified, monitored and assessed, and appropriate disclosures made.
